Ordering Questions
How Much Does It Cost?
Package pricing varies based on the services chosen, the size of the property, and any additional features included. No matter the scope of the project, we maintain the same high standard of quality for every service. For detailed information about our offerings and pricing, please reach out to us directly.
How Far Ahead Do I Need to Book
We suggest scheduling your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule permits.
Changing / Cancelling a Booking
If you need to modify or cancel a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a fee.
Turnover Time
Our typical turnaround time for photography and videography is 24–48 hours. For more detailed services, such as 3D tours or virtual staging, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
How Do I Get Billed?
After your shoot is completed, we will issue an invoice. Payment is due within 7 days of receipt, and we accept both credit cards and bank transfers.
Production Questions
What if the Weather is Bad?
We are locally based in Phoenix and keep a close eye on weather conditions before confirming any shoot. If the weather is not suitable, we will contact you to reschedule. For any weather-related concerns, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled shoot to discuss changing the date.
How Should I Prepare the Property?
We offer a pre-shoot checklist to help you get your property ready for the photoshoot. This guide includes tips such as decluttering, cleaning surfaces, and optimizing lighting. Following these steps ensures your property is showcased at its very best in every photo.
What if the Property Owners are Home?
If property owners or tenants will be present during the shoot, it’s important that they are aware of the scheduled time. While we recommend keeping the space tidy and as clear as possible, our team can still work around occupants if necessary.
Making Changes to Videos
We provide basic video editing services upon request, including trimming clips and adjusting transitions. For more advanced edits or customizations, additional fees may apply.
